Good decision- helpful - smart-friendly. Today I spoke to Lynn who was so helpful. She made a change to my direct payment plan. Lynn noticed a detail in my car insurance that seemed esoteric to me. She lowered my monthly car insurance bill by about $15 per month. We also had a fun call too. Thanks Lynn!"
